The best way to experience the full benefits of a Dad Grass Nighttime Tincture is to drop it sublingually (placing your desired number of drops under the tongue and waiting about 30 seconds before swallowing). Usage Instructions: We know that sleep can be stressful, and that it’s a really personal thing. CBN and CBD can be massively beneficial to your nightly routine, but it will take some time and experimentation to get things dialed in.
