If you like floral this is the beverage mixer for you!  We approached lavender with the same critical taste buds that helped us create both our Rose Cordial and our Hibiscus Cardamom.  Too much and it ends up tasting like grandma's perfume or a bad excuse for potpourri.  Not enough and you might as well be drinking plain water.  But, as Goldilocks discovered, just the right amount and it's perfect!
