Shipping policy

ONLINE SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) before 3pm PST are processed the same day & typically ship within 2 business days.

Orders placed after 3pm PST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders shipping to the West Coast typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Orders shipping to the East Coast generally take 5–7 business days for delivery.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping or transit times.

Cameron Marks is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control.

 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150

For orders under $150, we offer a $7 flat-rate shipping within the U.S.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING


If you need your order delivered faster, we offer expedited shipping options. Please contact us at hello@cameronmarks.com or call us at 831-458-3080 to make arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We don’t offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to in the future!

 

LOST, MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit, we’ll do everything we can to help track it down. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

To help keep your delivery safe, we recommend using a secure shipping address.

If you'd like to add a signature upon delivery, just leave us a note at checkout. This service can be added for an additional fee of $3. We’ll follow up with a separate invoice for the upgrade.

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@cameronmarks.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

To place an online order for in-store pickup, please select the "Pick Up" option at checkout to waive the shipping fee.

You’ll get an email when your order is ready.

Our in-store pickup hours are:

  • Tuesday: 11 AM – 4 PM
  • Wednesday to Friday: 11 AM – 5 PM
  • Saturday to Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM

Please note that in-store pickup orders are subject to our online return policy.

Once you’ve been notified that your order is ready, you have a 3 business day window to pick it up. While you’re welcome to pick up your order at your convenience, the return policy will apply starting on the 4th business day after notification.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We’re unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases.
