Return Policy
A quick note, our policies are different for online and in-store orders.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All returns must be pre-approved.
Items eligible for return qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
You have 14 days from the delivery date you received your order to send back pre-approved, eligible items.
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. We recommend returning packages via a traceable carrier and insuring them for the full value of the merchandise, as we are not responsible for lost or missing shipments.
If an item isn’t in re-sellable condition, we may return it to you without issuing a refund or store credit.
Please take extra care when returning ceramic or breakable goods.
Using the 15% mailing list sign-up discount does not make your purchase final sale. Items remain returnable and eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if they meet our return policy requirements.
We do not refund original shipping fees or return shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns will not be processed until the items have been received and inspected.
You will be notified by email once a refund or store credit has been issued. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear in your account.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1) Please email us at hello@cameronmarks.com to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Any return that does not include a Return Authorization number on the package will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Please note: We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Store credit never expires and can be used either in our shop or online—whenever you're ready to find something new you love!
We kindly ask that items come back in the same perfect condition you received them in. If an item isn’t in resellable condition or doesn't meet these guidelines, we may not be able to accept it or issue a store credit.
Cameron Marks reserves the right to refuse any return.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Any unused value cannot be redeemed for cash and will remain on the card until used.
If you return an item purchased with a gift card—whether in-store or online, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This also includes intimates, swimwear, apothecary items, and gift cards. This applies to both in-store and online.
