Atelier Delphine was founded by Yuka Izutsu, whose background in literature, poetry, & philosophy shapes a design language rooted in storytelling. Inspired by everything from Edo-period hemp garments to French New Wave films, Yuka creates pieces that balance Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetics with refined craftsmanship. Working closely with artisans in Peru, India, & Italy, she sources exceptional textiles & preserves traditional techniques, ensuring each garment carries its own story. The result is clothing that feels both soulful & sophisticated—designed for those who embrace beauty, ease, & individuality.
