A lot goes into the special blend. They turn landfill-bound, genuine leather scraps into a fluffy fiber, mixing in post-consumer recycled polyester for optimal strength and durability. The fibers are rolled and pressed into one base piece, applying a water-based, DMF-free, colored polyurethane. Once quality checked, recycled leather is embossed for a signature look and feel.
