Rocky’s matcha Shiranami Blend is a ceremonial grade matcha sourced directly from Kagoshima, Japan. It combines two of the most prolific & prevalent cultivars in contemporary tea, the Okumudori & Samidori.
Similar to both of the cultivars it stems from, Shiranami offers a balanced taste profile between its pronounced, vegetal freshness & more umami undertones. It’s a light & refreshing matcha that can be enjoyed by itself or mixed with your milk of choice.
