This pasta is spiral shaped - which is ideal for sauce as the grooves from its design retains sauce perfectly. The name ‘fusilli’ comes from the word ‘fuso’ which means spindle.
Careful - your dinner party guests may find the more-ish aesthetic good enough to eat.
