Our Strawberry Fruit-Infused Vinegar Shrub captures the flavors of famously sweet and juicy, field grown frontera and san andreas strawberries at peak season. We proudly source an abundance of berries from our pals at The Ecology Center in Southern California.

We love to use our Strawberry flavor in vinaigrettes and salad dressings. It also makes a great addition to a homemade cocktail with tequila or mezcal, or mocktail with sparkling water, for anyone looking for more brightness.
