CONDITION
These are high quality vintage pieces that have been salvaged, shampooed, softened, and over dyed in a custom botanical hue. Little imperfections, variations in texture, and subtle tones are part of their character, created naturally over time and through the coloring process. Photos are taken in natural light with limited editing to reflect the piece’s condition

CARE
Dry clean recommended. If preferred, machine wash cold on gentle cycle and air dry. Wash separately. Dyes are colorfast but with bright tones some bleeding could tint other pieces if not washed separately.

Based in Athens, Georgia, Aloka was founded by Ashu Ladha, his son Monik, and Amy Flurry, bringing together a shared love of textiles, design, craftsmanship, and beautiful things with a story.
Ashu has more than 40 years of experience in textile manufacturing and home furnishings and served for 17 years on the board of ABC Carpet & Home. Amy spent two decades producing stories for leading national publications and has worked alongside Ashu advising home furnishings companies on product development and brand positioning.
Together, they created Aloka to bring one of a kind, heirloom pieces with history, character, and soul into the home, celebrating the beauty of things made to be lived with and loved.
