CARE
Alpaca wool, mohair, wool and cashmere are all delicate fibres. They are easy to look after, but we recommend hand washing. You can also use the special wool programme on your washing machine. Wash with cold water using a special wool detergent, (preferably liquid). However, avoid using softener because it risks damaging your jumper or cardigan’s fibres. Use a laundry bag and select a spin cycle of no more than 600 rpm to avoid damaging the fibres. Dry flat in order to maintain the initial form of the piece as much as possible over time, and don’t use hangers because they stretch the fibres. Some of our knitwear pieces need to be dry cleaned. This is marked on the item’s care and content label.

MORE CARE INFO
Wool does not retain odours. It is "self-cleaning". Leaving knitwear to breathe for a few hours outside (in the shade) will reduce dampness and prevent the growth of bacteria. With simple airing, you help preserve the wool fibres.
Between wears, air your knit rather than washing it unnecessarily.
Store folded instead of hanging to help maintain its shape.
If pilling occurs, don't worry as this is a natural characteristic of fine fibres such as alpaca, wool, cashmere and mohair. Simply remove pills gently with a knit comb or fabric shaver.
Keep your knit away from rough surfaces and jewelery that may catch or pull the fibers.

BONUS TIP
We've got a tip for you: lay your wool clothes flat to prevent them from losing their shape when you air them.
