This playful series of cards turns the numbers 1–4 into colourful little worlds of possibility. A first birthday, an Advent celebration, a lucky number, a birthday in a favorite number, or simply a reason to send someone a star.

Each card is printed in Munich using the Risograph printing process, known for its vibrant fluorescent colors, & wonderfully imperfect finish.

No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 each have their own color combination & four different ways to interpret the stars.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Founded in Munich in 2015 by designers and friends Laura Sirch and Sascha Wellm, HERR & FRAU RIO began with a shared fascination for Risograph printing — and an old, second-hand Riso in their apartment.
What started as a creative experiment has grown into a full-blown Munich studio dedicated to the wonderfully imperfect world of Riso. They design, print and produce their own collection of paper goods, alongside commissioned work and workshops.
Think electric colour, unexpected combinations, beautiful paper and that unmistakable Riso texture — where slight imperfections are part of the charm.
